- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Best help in any county! I do not like Anderson county, but i love the ladies at the health department. They don't look at you like scrum for not having insurance and a doc, they smile and are glad to be there doing good and helping those in need. There is a clinic for walk ins and woman's health is the best I've been to. They answer any questions and help you the best they can. Looking forward to my next appointment.
